Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career at age 16 when she stopped her gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card within a year at age 17. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career when she was just 16 after she quit the sport of gymnastics. In the span of a year, she earned her pro card when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel was able to take six years off the stage to finish her university education. The year 2015 saw her continue the same path as she did in the previous year's the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition She continued to compete for several years setting up new goals. She had already achieved four more fitness championships. In 2009 she won named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel spent 6 years trying to earn her bachelor's degree, when she earned the Pro Card. She made a comeback in October 2015 with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish at third. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage a month later, and came home with 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations going in she was thrilled with the result. Ariel was competing against the top athletes. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm as well as pullups with a machine, along with bent-over rows. The warm-up phase is typically done prior to the actual workout. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. One way to achieve this is through supersetting her back exercises. Three or four supersets with 10--12 reps are completed.
